Most sewage lines are installed in such a way that all contaminants are quickly removed from the system. However, sewage contains many sticky substances that accumulate in pipes over time and create blockages. They are of several types:
- Operational. This category includes the accumulation of food and household dirt, including fats. The reason for their formation is untimely technical inspection or its complete absence.
- Mechanical. These adhesions are formed due to the entry of solid foreign particles and objects into the pipeline. They do not wash away with water, so they create obstacles in the way of drainage.
- Mineral Clogging of this type often occurs inside pipes made of metal. They are a coating of rust and calcareous sediment.
Hydrodynamic cleaning of pipelines will help to restore the system in the event of such blockages. It is performed in the shortest possible time and involves the use of a special device. It ensures the direction of water flows in the pipeline under the pressure of great force. The process is managed by an experienced operator.
Before starting the procedure, the specialist selects a hose with a nozzle that has the same diameter as the pipeline. It is directed inside the pipeline and moves on jet thrust under a pressure of about 250 atm. In this way, it is possible to remove and wash away all deposits. The hydrodynamic method provides cleaning from sand and all other impurities. In addition, it contributes to the restoration of pipe sections after finishing works.
