Maintenance of Internal Grease Traps with Subsequent Waste Disposal

Cleaning of household grease traps is often done manually. To reduce this, we recommend the use of special biological products in the form of tablets or concentrates. The biological product breaks down fats and oils into inorganic components, prevents the reproduction of putrefactive bacteria, eliminates fatty deposits, and unpleasant odors. At the same time, cleaning the grease trap is not completely canceled but it is much easier – you need to clean it less often, the fat is not compressed and easily removed, there is no smell.

The activity of any food industry enterprises, from the restaurant business to food production plants, is accompanied by the formation and accumulation of body fat. In order to prevent fat emulsions from entering the city sewer, grease separators are used, which must be serviced at regular intervals (the frequency depends on many factors that only a specialist can evaluate). Household grease traps have small tanks and a capacity of 0.5 to 1.5 m per hour.
